Love and the Continuum of Innate Mental Health

For every human being feelings are our guide, our barometer, our divine gift which show us where we are on the continuum of innate mental health.

Feelings that come form insecurity (fear, anger, judgement, isolation), a reflection of personal thinking, let us know we have a low level of understanding at the moment.

Feelings that come from the heart (love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude), a reflection of impersonal thinking, serve us.

Personal thinking connects us to being human. Impersonal thinking enables us to see the human experience with perspective, moving us towards love, our spiritual essence.
