Mind Thought and Consciousness

This understanding is based on the belief that healthy mental functioning is innate to every human being and that this healthy mental functioning is accessible to all persons regardless of their past experiences, behaviour, or current life situations.

Further, it is believed that human beings have a natural desire to function positively, to do well in their endeavours, to socialize, and to get along harmoniously with others. What gets in the way of this natural ability is the thought of insecurity.

The remedy is the understanding of the power and nature of thought. A person can have a feeling of insecurity only by having a thought of insecurity. The understanding that one can choose to disregard insecure, negative thoughts and ultimately to choose not to entertain these thoughts is the remedy for all dysfunctional, antisocial and counterproductive behaviour and thus the remedy for all social ills.

Creativity and a sense of well-being are within each persons reach.
